  • RRR is located in Hartland, Wisconsin, 53029, for customers in geographic close proximity, or in the southeastern part of the State. Local pick-up permits customers the opportunity to inspect and avoid shipping costs.

  • You are encouraged to bring tie-down and other protective materials. I.e. blankets for merchandise protection, though RRR will pre-package with plastic. RRR will assist with placing your merchandise in your vehicle. However, required loading and security to ensure safety while driving is the customer’s responsibility.
  • All merchandise must be paid in full prior to delivery, no COD, and all furnishings are inspected prior to release from the premises.


  • RRR offers home or placement site delivery of large furniture within 30 miles of RRR beginning with a minimum of $125.00 delivery charge.
    If your location is in excess of 30 miles, please contact RRR directly to discuss how we can make your purchase and delivery happen.
    RRR will confirm your delivery date 24 hours prior to. Please keep in mind, inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control may impact the scheduled day and time of delivery.
  • An adult 18 years of age or older must be home or on-site to accept delivery. Upon your request, RRR may drop off at your curb, driveway, or garage. You are responsible for the final placement. Or as a courtesy to you, please discuss and plan in advance at the time of purchase for on-site placement. Make sure the area is ready for furniture, pets are securely restrained, and advise in advance if delivery is not on the first level, there is no elevator on site or more than 5 steps at the front entrance. The RRR delivery team will provide only limited placement, and will not remove or relocate existing furniture.
  • 50% of the purchase-sale will be forfeited should you decide to refuse delivery of your order for reasons other than transit damage.

  • Shipping is offered and coordinated by the customer through a vendor of your choice. After your payment is authorized and verified, Seller will work cooperatively with you to help assist with a smooth transaction from purchase through transit.
    Selected items are available for shipping at your discretion, and shipped on business days Monday – Friday.
    Orders are not shipped on weekends, holidays, or to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipment of furniture or larger items is arranged through recognized carriers such as UPS Priority Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, White Glove, TLT Freight, or your choice of vendor, with recommended tracking, insurance, and in accordance with vendor guidelines.
  • Shipping charges vary are dependent upon the size, weight, packaging, destination, and value of the item within the Continental U.S. You are encouraged to contact multiple vendors for competitive pricing.
  • Only decor that can be safely packaged in a box or envelope may be shipped via parcel.
  • RRR authorized Free Shipping may be offered on select items.
  • Smaller items may be shipped standard, express or overnight. Shipped order sales are final.
  • Custom orders are final, sold as-is, no exchanges, and non-refundable.
  • By placing an order on the RRR website you agree to these terms. As customer service is a priority, if however, after consultation with RRR, an item with Free Shipping is returned, the cost of return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  • In stock, smaller or accessory decor furnishings are mailed within 1-3 days of order and delivered within 1-2 weeks of the purchase date, dependent upon vendor transit. Larger items or furniture may take up to 3 weeks for delivery, dependent upon your selected vendor transit.
  • RRR is not liable for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes are based on the laws and regulations of the state, province, or location indicated on the shipping address.
  • Most of our pieces are upcycled and repurposed which may show recycled, organic, or hand-finished wood variations, imperfections, distress, oxidations, color fluctuations which are normal, and should not be considered quality defects. Every effort is made to make sure our products are accurately presented as on the RRR website with actual colors and characteristics which may vary depending upon your computer monitor.
  • RRR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. RRR values our customers. Please alert us and contact RRR should this occur.
