We would be very excited to meet with you online or in person (whichever you are most comfortable with) to review and discuss your customized piece and paint color choices.

We require a 50% deposit at the beginning of the project for all custom-painted furniture.

It typically takes us 2-3 weeks to create your one-of-a-kind customized piece. Our painted pieces need time to cure.

We do offer local pickup, delivery, and shipping as well.

Yes!

Many of our customers choose not to paint furniture from the Barn Boutique or RRR Gallery, but simply want us to retouch and clean up a piece of upcycled furniture. Sometimes our customers are interested in simple furniture hardware changes. We offer several options to our customers. Please reach out to us so we can work to find that special piece for your home!

 Buyer Managed Shipping

  • Shipping is offered and managed by the Buyer through a shipper of the Buyer’s choice.
  • Available on items at the Buyer’s discretion.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select items.
  • Smaller items are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks of the purchase date, while larger items and furniture may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. 
  • Only pieces that can be safely packed in a box or envelope may be shipped via parcel.
  • Accessory decor furnishings are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks of the purchase date. 
  • If an item with Free Shipping is returned, the cost of return shipping fees will be charged to the Buyer. 
  • The Buyer & RRR staff will meet either online or in-person to review and discuss the Buyer’s customized piece.  A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of the project.
  • Please allow custom orders up to 2-3 weeks for processing time if and before the item is shipped. 
  • Shipment of furniture or larger items are arranged through recognized carriers such as UPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and DHL, White Glove, or Buyer choice. 
  • Shipping charges vary based on the size, weight, packaging, destination, and the value of the item within the Continental US.

Free On-Site and Buyer Pickup

  • Local pickup allows customers to inspect an item at the time of pickup and avoid shipping costs.
  • Following a purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with the order, and includes Buyer contact details.

Bedazzled Balls are designed for interior use only, and should not be used outdoors or as a toy for children.

Many of our pieces are painted with high-quality non-toxic, lead-free, latex paint. Chalk paint and oil paint are also sometimes used on pieces. All furniture is coated with a clear finish to further protect the piece.

Yes, the pieces are safe to use in a child’s or baby’s room.

Due to the nature of our business, all on-site and online sales are final.

RRR staff purchases furniture from estate sales, wholesale, and selective donations. Every effort is made to purchase real wood from collections by I.e. Ethan Allen; Thomasville; Kent & Coffee; American of Martinsville, Hooker, and other quality brands. As wood products vary with each paint selection, you may find slight variations in colors, grain, textures, and imperfections in each piece. Please know this is not unusual, and to be expected.
